A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. It covers potential damage or loss. The deposit is returned after the bike is inspected upon return.

Your deposit is refunded after the store completes the return inspection and marks the order as done. The refund typically processes within 3–5 business days.

Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory by law in Australia. Helmets are provided at the store when you pick up your e-bike.
