How do I book an e-bike?
Visit our Rent page, select your preferred bike type, choose a store and time slot, and complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation with a pickup code.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking from the My Orders page before the rental start time. Please refer to our Terms of Service for cancellation policies.
Do you offer guided tours?
Yes! We offer curated e-bike tours in selected cities. Check the tour listings on our homepage or contact us for group bookings.
